With June upon us we’re officially into the summer sessions and for us here in Vegas something cool and refreshing is definitely in order. As luck would have it one of Soulsupplement’s most versatile team members UC Beatz is back with a three track Ep titled “Under Blue Sky” and it’s just cool enough to give us all some much needed relief.

We get things moving in the right direction with the title track “Under Blue Sky” a deliciously deep track that will downright put you into a hypnotic dance floor trance state if you’re not careful. Groovy on so many levels this tidy little number will find its way into many clubs this summer and it must be heard because words can’t do it justice.

“My Tea Is Cold” takes over where the last track left off by swimming even deeper into the deep end of the pool. UC lays down straightforward keys, on the money percussion and a very serious bass line as the foundation. Finally he adds some really tight synth lines which not only completes this one but it ties all the elements into a groovy little package.

UC’s “No Clue” is the final cut on this month’s Ep and it includes one part depth, one part tech, a dash of quirkiness and a teaspoon of house music magic. Once again UC has the right recipe at the right time because all these elements work so nicely together.
