Smooth Agent is proud to present "Dance of Life" by dance music veteran and Shines label owner Gene King feat. vocals by Dovie Cote'. If there is one thing we all share in common it is the fact that we all must go through life. Taking the good with the bad and every thing in between. In essence this is what each of our lives evolve around. This is the theme Dovie's lyrics are based on. The delivery of the vocals are very reminiscent of spiritual jazz singers from the 70's.This is elegantly pulled off by Mr. Cote'. The original mix is a mid tempo deep funk affair. The club mix is still funky but a Lil more geared for today's dance floor.
