With his reputation as a "dancers DJ", Tommy Bones has been a global force as tastemaking DJ and producer for 20 years. Lydia Rhodes rose to international acclaim in the 90's and early 00's with her string of successful club anthems (many of which were remixed and championed by longtime friend/mentor Junior Vasquez): "DJ Give Me That Funky Bass", "Live It Cool (Just Do It)", "Away", "Until The Moment", "Dreams" and "Suite Dreams" (with Ananda Project). Together they've crafted an essential, deep Afro-tech groove that became an instant future classic courtesy of sophisticated velvety mixes from house music pioneer Eric Kupper and German tech-house master Terry Lee Brown Jr.
For the second installment, "What I Feel" (The Remixes Part Two), KID delivers an equally seismic package with re-rubs by Sted-E & Hybrid Heights, The Night Owl, VIOS, We Versus and Eric Kupper. The sultry track gets transformed into a sun-kissed, beach house anthem, an energized progressive "big room" banger and a percolating future disco workout that conjures up the very best moments of after-hours clubbing in any setting, and is the perfect soundtrack for that end of summer/early fall romance.
