Richie Jones is a long established member of the dance music community with over 25 years of Remixing & Production experience.
Although he is primarily known in the house music community for the massive worldwide success of his 1992 Degrees Of Motion project and the club anthems Do You Want It Right Now and Shine On, his touch has been felt on numerous Club and Pop Hits throughout the years.
Richie has provided remixes for many notable house labels including AM:PM, Ministry Of Sound, Azuli and Nervous in addition to producing mainstream hits for Pop music heavyweights such as Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion, Anastacia, Mark Anthony and many more. In 1999 he received a GRAMMY-AWARD nomination for Producer (Best Dance Recording) of Waiting For Tonight by Jennifer Lopez.
This collection highlights some of Richie's earliest and lesser-known production and remix work along with a few club favorites, including tracks by The Brotherhood and Uptown Express in addition to Les Lee aka: Taylor Dayne's first recording I'm The One You Want and Tonite's The Night by Take Three which was Richie's first remix and has become a highly sought-after and valuable piece of vinyl.
