4th Quarter Music was conceived by Frank Blythe aka Writer & Producer FrankStar in 2014. Since its initial conceptualisation 4th Quarter Music has gone on to release real house music with a soulful flava. With its roots firmly placed in the original garage house scene of the 90's, 4th Quarter Music has its eyes firmly placed on the future and so will continue to seek out new talent whilst looking to work with established artists and producers the world over.
