CCC RECORDINGS

CCC Recordings is run by the CCC Creative Group, a tightly-knit cadre of Texas-born, Brooklyn-based artists. CCC Recordings was founded for the cause of promoting musical creativity and expanding minds while moving bodies. Leftfield, off-the-wall and restlessly innovative, the CCC sound came to life on the dancefloors of New York City by infusing deep and minimal house with psychedelic and indie rock touches inspired by the city's diverse musical culture. CCC’s label output includes original productions and remixes by DJs, musicians and bands including Harry Bennett, Night Plane, CCC, Wolf + Lamb, Au Revoir Simone, Mugwump, DJ Nature, Till Von Sein and Cameo Culture. Tracks including Night Plane’s Str8 2 Ur Heart and CCC’s Acid Snow have been played and charted by Soul Clap, Nicolas Jaar, Ewan Pearson, Magda, Sasha and Ivan Smagghe. In addition to DJ-centered releases, CCC produces conceptual mixes like Harry Bennett’s Anthology of American Acid House and print editions like On Acid: A Field Guide to Altered States.
