This new remix puts the vocals center stage, with the musical backdrop consisting of a deep yet smooth groove, incredible organ ride and classic strings fortifying the sultry feeling, and the added funky ingredients further strengthen the already infectious vibe. The instrumental lets you enjoy the full musical bliss. As a bonus, a beats version is also included. Dean Serafini review: Three years on from its first outing, “You Remind Me” gets updated by Abicah Soul & Tony Loreto. This time around you can expect a combination of powerful rhythms and a production that oozes soul. Swaylo’s sweet vocals are blended with some stunning keyboards to create a result that works well for both the casual listener and the dance-floor. The package includes three mixes: vocal, instrumental and bonus beats with all three punctuated by some of the most memorable percussion so far this year. MFSB review: Waow, can you feel it? Damn, how not being taken by shivers when havin’ a listen to the vocal performance of Consuela Ivy!!! An impression which, although already perceptible on the original version by the likes of one of the most subtle producers hailing from the Chicago area, is intensified on this remix package left c/o city pal Abicah Soul teaming with fast rising Switzerland-based collegue Tony Loreto for the occasion. The twosome designing a deliciously bubblin’ environment with no more but exactly what it takes to get where the memorable Brit-soul left with a slight twist of jazz to spice up the groove. |
