Born for friendship between Dewey and the GKF’s manager Jean Paul, PRAISE ALWAYS is a real “Gospel House Anthem” as some friend defined it at WMC08 this year, after receiving the demo of this incredible project. It’s a spiritual song, a praise song, a thanksgiving to the LORD for the blessing HE’s sending on Gotta Keep Faith. SUSU BOBIEN really express the feeling of a song wrote by Dewey Cioffi, owner of DIVA DOWN ENTERTAINMENT. Her voice is amazing and anointed throughout the entire song. The additional background of DAWN TALLMAN tore it up SUSU’s vocals.

The incredible thing is that this wonderful song is remixed by 4 of the most talented producers in Italy. SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS realize the main track and a wicked dub, putting together some really nice musicians and arranger, the Jazz Maestro GIANNI LENOCI (Piano-Keys), ENRICO BRANCHINI (Trumpets-Sax-Guitar) and PIERPAOLO SECHI (Rhodes). CIAPPY DJ edited and arranged with the help of DAVIDE MURRI a class mix and an instrumental track. Thanks also, for their work, to important musicians like FABRIZIO SCARAFILE (Sax-Tenor saxophone), PAOLO ROMANO (Electric bass), DIOSVANI HERNANDEZ (Trumpet-Trombone). Then we have ALEX DIMITRI “SOUTH SOUL” with DIEGHITO for a gospel mix and a dub. To close this 8 mixes project, the DOLLS COMBERS enveloped a superb version with an amazing keys solo played by PINO DI PIETRO.

German deep house maestro Ralf GUM continues his superb output with another single taken from his celebrated long-player ‘Uniting Music’

‘If No Harm’ is featuring Rachel Claudio on vocals and proves Ralf’s talent to deliver songs with the right combination of elements to make a serious impact on the advanced dance-floors. The pumping beats and multi-layered percussion in the ‘Original Mix’ are surrounded by an effective baseline and kicking poly-synth stabs to build the driving musical bed for Rachel’s passionate vocal. His ‘Spirit Dub’ reduces the vocal to a few snippets and is an irresistible uplifting affair with funky chords and spacey Hammond B3- and Moog-solo.

A soul-singer at the heart of it, Rachel’s flirtation with electronic music started in the drum’n’bass scene. In 2006, Rachel began a shameless love affair with House music. She commenced as a producer/writer/keyboard player in partnership with DJ/producer, Nicolas Vautier, specializing in soulful House. After various acclaimed releases on their label Jaffa Music, she meanwhile wrote for DJ Yass, recorded with Martin Solveig’s or DJ Fudge as well. It’s her signature sound that defines her. The voice, relentlessly unique & powerful, is in keeping with the fierce musicianship & intelligent, heartfelt lyrical component that sees her emerging as one of the most revered up and coming artists. Rachel’s most recent collaboration with Philadelphian hip-hop/electronic giant King Britt, The Goods is forthcoming, just as her first solo album which is currently in the works.

Hailing from Calgary, Canada, 23 year old Matt Dauncey has provided his irresistible blend of disco, funk, deep house, and electro to hungry ears over the last two years through his label Homebreakin Records.

After a landmark year that saw Neighbour release an all-original mix CD entitled The New Sound of Disco, he went on to destroy parties in Montreal, Orlando, Washington DC, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Nelson (Shambhala Music Festival).
Neighbour is pressing forward with recent and upcoming releases on Agave, Alphabet Music, Jalapeno Records, Kinjo Music, and of course, his own Homebreakin imprint.

The "Go Ahead" title track is a perfect opener with house beats hitting across the board. Synthy stabs, subtle vocal snippets and chuggy bass make this track an excellent example of hybrid house. This track has a breakdown that will shiver the spine.

"Make It Don't Fake It" is a perfect compliment adding a breakbeat element uncommon in this type of release. Very old school start up that surprisingly builds into an electro monster.

"Ordinary Unusual" has UK electro breakbeat all over it. Stutter vocal and Juno bass give this "Spirit Catcher" style instrumental track a hell of a way to open up the B-Side.

"Tech Romance'' wraps the EP in stellar style. This is anything but an inside cut. A track that barely made the cut to begin with is now making charts accross the globe - Thanks Matt!
