AME SUCRE

Formed in 2011, Ame Sucré (French for 'Soul Sugar') is a band project by TXE [The xIOnites Entertainment] that is reviving live performances on the South African popular music scene. Boasting superb vocals and beats for all occasions, Ame Sucré flows like a well written story that when coupled with vivid lyrics and a non traditional approach to music puts them head and shoulders above other groups.

The group consists of Linda 'y.kNOtt' Mathebula and Neo 'Neo SoulSta' Selepe on lead vocals.

Brought together by their love for music they have created a sound that reflects their varying musical tastes and backgrounds, an eclectic mix of music that stands outside the existing boundaries that separate the genres and can only be named Ame Sucré.
