Hailing from Lansing, Michigan, Martone is often referred to as an impassioned visionary who is poised to become one of the most recognized names in the entertainment industry. Martone's introduction into the entertainment spotlight happened at age seven when he was cast as part of a televised Christmas special at his elementary school, Moores Park Drive Elementary. The initial feedback from the audience cemented his love for the stage and entertainment in general, after that performance he wanted more. His new found passion for entertainment also served as a much-needed escape from the bullying that he experienced between the ages of seven and fifteen. At the age of thirteen, he enrolled in Continental Cablevision's Public Access producers' course. He was the youngest person to enroll and complete the producer's certification program. Less than a year later he created, produced and hosted Video Control, a music video program that was broadcast on the public access network. By the third year, the show had become syndicated and could be seen by viewers located in such prominent cities such as Phoenix, New York City, and Cincinnati. The show's thirteen-year run allowed Martone the opportunity to interview up-and-coming vocalists, musicians and rappers including Will Smith, Queen Latifah, En Vogue, Vanilla Ice, and Public Enemy; all of whom would later become some of the most recognizable and famous names in R&B and Hip Hop music. Martone said, "For all that I experienced in my personal life, the odds were against me. I defied the odds and when someone told me what I could not do, I showed them that I could and I did." During the summer of 2014, Martone had decided that he wanted to do more with his career, he began songs about love, hanging out with friends and clubbing. Martone then, tapped his cousin Michael Williams, II a well-known producer in the mid-west from Plantinum Keyz Recordings to produce the album The Evolution of Martone. Martone said, "I think the album is a perfect title for what it is that I am trying to convey to my audience. I have done television, radio, and modeling all careers happen to be in the entertainment sector. I just figured that this is the natural stage of my progression in life, which is my music."
