TRAV & VOLTA

Since late 2011, friends Chris Dunn & Nick Fisher have been working together as a production team but have both individually been educating and immersing themselves in the dance music scene for the past 14 years. Seven years ago, despite having no promoting experience Nick started a night in their home town where both he and Chris were resident Dj's who took their town by storm over the following years displaying a serious knowledge of cutting edge dance music.

Today, they are better known as Trav & Volta and they're gaining a reputation for creating some seriously slick house music and delivering some memorable performances of real quality. Late 2012 saw them release their first serious Ep and their productions have since received fantastic support from Dj's such as André Crom, Danny Daze, Droog, Flashmob and BLOND:ish to name but a few. Mixing up the best in house, nu-disco, tech, deep and techno tracks from past and preset into their sets, they play a sexy underground sound that puts them bang on trend for todays dance floor connoisseurs.

As artists they have been signed to: the much respected New York imprint, King Street Sounds, who host artists such as Dennis Ferrer, Kerri Chandler, Ejeca and Frankie Knuckles; and Sleazy Deep, the London based label that has been releasing hot disco tinged underground house tracks from the likes of Finnebassen, Jobe & Nhan Solo. Alongside these labels they have been supporting many up and coming labels like; Disco Electronica Recordings, Daylight Robbery Records, Dear Deer Records and Tokyo Red Recordings amongst others, spreading their shady house sound far and wide receiving a high demand for remix requests.

Word is spreading fast as support continually increases for their sound, Trav & Volta clearly mean business and are fully dedicated to making clubbers throw down to their deep and hypnotic vibes, designed with the dance floor in mind.
